We can cater for up to 150 people.
For corporate events it really depends on the nature of your enquiry. We can accommodate galas, charity events, summer and Christmas parties, away days, important large meetings, company anniversaries and much more. It will depend on the spaces you are interested in using and we consider each enquiry on a case-by-case basis.
We encourage you to get in touch to discuss your requirements, but broadly for events, the options are the recently restored Longstowe Courtyard and Orangery, the Longstowe Marquee, the Rose Ballroom.
Externally, the extensive formal gardens, parkland and, by arrangement, other parts of the Longstowe Hall estate are available.
To enable us to offer a consistently high standard of catering we only work with specific caterers. Specialist dietary caterers (Kosher / Asian cuisine) are by approval only. Drinks must be purchased through Longstowe Hall. We can supply a fully stocked bar for all events.

Yes, there is ample parking on site. There is a dedicated entrance and car park for coaches in the village in Longstowe. The maximum dimensions for coach access is 12m long and 4m high, because we have a lovely avenue of lime trees.
Yes, there is disabled access throughout the venue and gardens and disabled loos, as well as male and female loos and baby change facilities
There are numerous large hotels nearby, within 10 minutes, as well as the multitude of options in Cambridge City Centre.
