Full payment for the booking must be made within two weeks of receiving your invoice. Should you fail to make payment within this time the dates will no longer be held and we cannot guarantee that they will remain available.
All bookings and payments accepted by Longstowe Farmhouse are subject to the Terms & Conditions which, on application by the hirer, are deemed to have been accepted in full. The hirer will be responsible for all persons included in the booking and should ensure that they are all aware of these Terms & Conditions.
For fire regulations, we require that you provide the names and ages of all guests that will be staying at the property as part of your booking.
Your booking is only confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
All prices are quoted in UK pound sterling (GBP) and are subject to VAT.
You are required to pay a damage deposit of £200 which will be taken at the time of check-in.
If no damage has been done to the property this will be refunded to you 3-5 working days after your check-out.
Cancellations are permitted at any time but must be made in writing by post or email and may be subject to a fee.
Cancellations made over 1 month in advance of the booking period will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within two weeks of the booked period are not eligible for a refund.
Your booking will be deemed cancelled the day your notification of cancellation arrives at our office.
Longstowe Farmhouse reserves the right to cancel your booking and a full refund will be given.
Facilities and Services
Longstowe Farmhouse sleeps 8 guests and is fully furnished and themed appropriately.
Kitchens are fully equipped with all cutlery, crockery and utensils. Kitchens appliances include an oven with hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster. Other facilities include an iron and ironing board on request.
Cleaning products are provided.
The lounge and each bedroom is equipped with a flat screen TV with freeview TV. Free WI-FI is available throughout the property.
A hair dryer is available in each bathroom.
We cannot provide a cot for babies. Should you require a cot, you will need to provide this.
No items belonging to Longstowe Farmhouse are to be removed from the apartment during your stay. The cost of any items that are removed will be be taken from your damage deposit. In the event that you are charged for the removal of any item an invoice will be sent to you by post or email.
You will be issued an access key to the property when you check in. In the event that any keys issued are not returned at the end of your stay, then the cost of replacement will be taken from your damage deposit.

The price quoted for the farmhouse includes utility bills.
Arrival / Departure
The property (unless informed otherwise) is available from 3 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11 am on the day of departure.
Late check outs are subject to a fee.
The property and all equipment must be left clean, tidy and free from any damage at the end of the rental period (in a similar state to which you found it). Cleaning fee will be charged for any apartment left dirty beyond what normal. The hirer will be responsible for the cost of repairing any damage to the apartment or its contents, except in the case of normal wear and tear.
Longstowe Farmhouse cannot be held responsible for any personal injury, loss or damage that occurs within the property.
The supervision of children, babies, and any adults requiring care remains the responsibility of the hirer at all times. Under no circumstances should a child (under the age of 18) be left unsupervised in the property at any time.
We kindly ask you to respect other residents of the area. No loud noise or music between the hours of 11pm and 7am.
No pets are permitted within the property at anytime. In some circumstances, exceptions can be made for registered assistance dogs.
The hirer is responsible for the removal of all personal items belonging to their entire party at the time of departure. In the event that any items are left behind, Longstowe Farmhouse will make reasonable attempts to arrange for the collection of the item(s). Longstowe Farmhouse cannot guarantee the security of any personal property left behind after your stay.
Representatives of Longstowe Farmhouse maintain the right to access to the apartment at any time without regard to the convenience of the hirer, for the purpose of inspection, essential repairs or maintenance work.
Longstowe Farmhouse is strictly non-smoking within the property.
Verbal or physical abuse against staff members or other guests will not be tolerated. Your booking will be terminated and no refund given.
Any damage that is done to the property during your booking will be deducted from your damage deposit.
Any complaints about the apartments or their contents should be brought to the attention of Longstowe Farmhouse at the earliest opportunity, preferably during your period of stay.

The property hire cost does not include any personal insurance cover. It is advisable to take out insurance against cancellation, personal accidents and illness.
